Ciao,
quando mi ero costruito l'illuminazione del mio acquario mi ero informato sugli spettri necessari alle piante e alle alghe e quali sono gli spettri dei LED.
le piante assimilano parecchia luce rossa e un po' di blu e ovviamente riflettono la verde. le alghe invece sono molto più incentrate sulla blu, ed è qui l'inghippo: i LED normali bianchi sono alla base LED blu come onda ma modificati per darci agli occhi una luce bianca; tuttavia non offrono lo spettro completo come i neon classici.
A meno che non vorrai una luce che generalmente tende al viola, vedi ad esempio grow lamp per serre, assicurati di prendere neon appositi a spettro completo.
PS: assicurati che il neon sostituivo LED abbiamo uno starter apposito che devi assolutamente sostituire, è quella componente che ti permette di attivare un neon LED su un attacco da neon classico

anche io avevo dei dubbi su l'accensione dei neon normali a LED, che non potesse funzionare con l'impianto attuale ma non ne ero sicuro

grazie mille! Ma per quanto riguarda l’attacco è un pezzo a parte? Perché cercando i LED t8 mi spuntano con lo stesso attacco del neon (anche se continuo a non trovarne della misura giusta… infatti stavo provvedendo a farmi un piccolo impianto con i faretti… solo che ho avuto qualche problema di corrente che spero di risolvere)

No l'attacco dei neon è identico, è solo che nella confezione dovrebbero forniti lo starter da conversione per l'accensione del LED (quello sulla destra nell'immagine sotto).
Chiaramente assicurati di trovare il tubo della dimensione giusta.

Io a suo tempo in una vasca a 60L ho optato per rimuovere tutto, nel alloggiamento del trasformatore ci ho messo una centralina (TC-420), ci passava a pennello; alla quale ho collegato dei chip LED rossi, grow LED, qualche blu e verde per non avere un luce viola installati sui dei dissipatori (fuoriuscenti dal coperchio così il calore rimaneva fuori dall'acquario). Così mi regolo con il pc la luce tutti gl ieffetti che voglio com alba e tramonto, il passaggio di nuvole (abbassamento della luminosità) e la luce lunare

Io a suo tempo in una vasca a 60L ho optato per rimuovere tutto, nel alloggiamento del trasformatore ci ho messo una centralina (TC-420), ci passava a pennello; alla quale ho collegato dei chip LED rossi, grow LED, qualche blu e verde per non avere un luce viola installati sui dei dissipatori (fuoriuscenti dal coperchio così il calore rimaneva fuori dall'acquario). Così mi regolo con il pc la luce tutti gl ieffetti che voglio com alba e tramonto, il passaggio di nuvole (abbassamento della luminosità) e la luce lunare

Ti ringrazio! Certo sicuramente un lavoretto come quello che hai fatto tu è un qualcosa di spettacolare, però bisogna anche saperlo fare… e in queste cose purtroppo non sono pratico…
